The design of both smartphones is relatively the same except for some changes. The OnePlus 7 comes with a waterdrop notch display which houses its front camera. The OnePlus 7 comes with better display, which though it’s actual hand to handle with one hand. The display of the OnePlus 7 Pro is a 6.67 inches Fluid AMOLED 1440 x 3120 pixels display. While the OnePlus 7 features a 6.41 Optic AMOLED 1080 x 2340 pixels display. The OnePlus 7 Pro display features HDR10+ and 90Hz refresh rate, which are not Featured on the OnePlus 7’s display.
The OnePlus 7 Pro comes with a very impressive camera spec, which clearly beats that of the OnePlus 7. The triple rear camera module on the OnePlus 7 Pro features 48 MP main lens, 16 MP ultrawide lens and 8 MP telephoto lens. The OnePlus 7 comes with just dual rear camera. It still manages to use the 48 MP main lens featured on the Pro version along with a 5 MP depth sensor.
The selfie camera is the same in terms of specs on both devices. They make use of a 16 MP selfie snapper with f/2.0 aperture. Under the hood of both smartphones is Snapdragon 855 Octa-core processor with Adreno 640 GPU. They both don’t have a microSD slot. The only difference in the hardware department is the OnePlus 7 Pro having a 12 GB RAM variant. While the OnePlus 7 doesn’t. On the OnePlus 7 is just 6 GB and 8 GB RAM variants.
