Huawei Enjoy 9e Review, Specs, Features and Price

by Team TC

Huawei Enjoy 9e – This another smartphone from Huawei meant for users who are on a strict budget. The device looks to be a stripped version of the Huawei Enjoy 9s and the Enjoy 9. It can still compete with other Huawei budget phones like the Huawei Y6 (2019) and Huawei Y6 Pro (2019). Moving away from the Huawei brand, we have Vivo 91i, Samsung Galaxy A10 and Galaxy M10.

Huawei Enjoy 9e Design

The design of the Huawei Enjoy 9e is rather straightforward featuring a front glass with plastic unibody. The front of the device features a big enough bottom chin that houses the Huawei branding, thin side bezels and teardrop notch. The back look plain, which can be because of just a single camera setup. The Enjoy 9e is available in three body colours; Midnight Black, Sapphire Blue and Gold.

Not sure we’ll ever see a 2019 smartphone with a single rear camera until the Enjoy 9e came along. This device sports just one camera at the back which features a 13 MP sensor with f/1.8 aperture and PDAF. The front-facing camera is an 8MP shooter with an f/2.0 aperture. Both rear and front cameras features LED flash.

Hardware

Powering the Huawei Enjoy 9e is MediaTek Helio P35 Octa-core processor built on 12 nm manufacturing process technology. This chipset is not very common in the market and you can’t recall telling how efficient it can be. The CPU does clock at 2.3 GHz, which isn’t bad and it comes with PowerVR GE8320 GPU. There is only a 3 GB RAM variant for the Enjoy 9e. You then have to choose between 32 GB and 64 GB storage options to go alongside it.
